How can I help:

  • Self-knowledge
  • Building habits
  • Roadblocks
  • Relationships
  • Productivity

I work with people of all kinds and ages, I deal with various topics. Concrete examples: if you are a pupil or student and feel that you can no longer cope with the pressure of the academic environment, if you are employed in a company and feel lost, if you no longer realize what you like to do and want to find yourself.

Change Strategy Method (CSM)
Change Strategy Method (CSM) is an interdisciplinary method of facilitating change. A Change Strategist helps his client find their own solutions and accelerate their development processes, regardless of whether they are related to personal or professional life.

The method uses elements from co-active coaching as a starting point and builds a unique, personalized process for each client, using techniques from Strategic Interventions, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Milton Model, Ericksonian Hypnosis and Nonviolent Communication.

CSM is a present-centered and future-oriented method that is pragmatic, focuses on results, and encourages action and accountability.

The process was built by Andrei Roșca starting in 2018 and constantly improved in the following years, being strongly influenced by the approaches of changing specialists such as Milton H. Erickson, Irvin D. Yalom, Tony Robbins and Shunryū Suzuki.

What could a Change Strategist help you with?

  • To bring clarity to complex and complicated issues without losing nuance.
  • To discover new perspectives, but also beliefs that can confuse or limit you in what you propose to change.
  • To understand the costs of changes you want.
  • Get recommendations for resources and tools that can help you accelerate your progress – in a measurable way.
  • To find the meaning of things.
  • To understand yourself better and discover how you react in certain contexts, but also to focus on what you can do and act.
  • Create a structure to help you form new habits, ask yourself the right questions, and develop a process for making decisions.
  • To unlock yourself when you feel that you can no longer handle the threads yourself.
  • Take back control of your life.
  • But the best way to understand what CSM means is to be part of such a process and work at least one session with one of our colleagues.
